We have various offers from genuine suppliers of crude oils with discount up to US$ 10.00 per MT....... 40,000,000 MT Shipments @ 333,000 MT per month commencing January, 2006 10 year contract Discount USD$ 10.00 per MT a) Buyer issue LOI and BCL. b) Seller issues FCO c) Buyer confirms the FCO with acceptance and issues an ICPO with full Banking Details. d) Seller will send to the Buyer a Draft Contract. e) After receiving the ICPO from the Buyer with full banking details signed & sealed by Seller, the Buyer within 24 hours (Twenty Four Hours) shall issue proof of Fund to the Seller’s Bank, also acceptable as POF is a Pre-Advise of an Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit from a TOP 25 World Bank to be submitted to the Buyer for Seller’s approval. e) Upon successfully verification within 4 (Four) Banking days Seller’s Bank will provide Proof of Product and a verifiable copy of the Delivery Guarantee (2% Performance Bond) to a Bank acceptable by the Buyer’s Bank. f) The Buyer’s Documentary Letter of Credit shall become automatically operative upon receipt of the Seller’s Bank 2% Operative Performance Bond. g) Buyer’s Bank shall open an Irrevocable, Automatically, Monthly Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, payable at sight at the counter of the Buyer’s Bank upon presentation of full set of Shipping Documents. The Letter of Credit shall cover monthly shipments until completion of the contracted quantity, (within 12 months).
