Description:	PRODUCT: GOLD DUST QUANTITY: 80KGS QUALITY: 22+KARATS PURITY: 95.6APPROXIMATE PRICE: $19,750USD. CONDITION: CIF GHANA PORT TO EUROPE/USA. Procedure: As a matter of company policy, the seller company and buyer shall sign purchase contract covering the shipment of the offered quantity. Buyer will issue an authenticated invitation letter to seller to enable seller’s delegate obtain an entry visa to country of destination. Buyer will issue a payment instrument L/C for the offered quantity and allow at least 10% of the total cost of the gold to be discounted to enable the payment of the cost of shipment and documentations. Our delegate then moves to the deposit house to produce the offered quantity and commence shipment. On arrival to the buyers destination, goods will be handed over to buyer in accompaniment of our delegate to the efinery for refining where goods will be compared for quantity, quality and purity. After inspection and buyer is satisfied with the quantity and quality analysis by his/her refinery, buyer will instruct payment of the balance 90% of the total cost of goods to seller’s bank account maturity 72 hours upon confirmation of delivery at the buyer’s refinery. All refinery levies shall be borne by buyer. Buyer will take all cost of clearing at buyer’s designated port. Documents: We shall provide the following documents to the buyer: 1. Performa Invoice 2. Certificate of Origin 3. Export Permit 5. Complete set of Custom Clearance Documentations 6. Insurance Certificate. Delivery: Buyer will issue return airline ticket to our delegate whom will accompany goods to buyer’s destination. Details required by us mentioned on the firm FCO: Company Name - Address, telephone and fax numbers, authenticated/Authorized signature of buyer and name of the person designated to take delivery, Passport No. And all traveling expenses of our delegate will be taken care of by the buyer.
