PROCEDURE: 1. The Buyer(s) will be required to confirm in writing his interest in the commodity within 7 days upon receipt of this offer. 2. The Buyer(s) will with the corporation of the seller or their agents be able to physically inspect the commodity in Tanzania. 3. During the inspection, Buyer(s) will verify in person or through the mandate the physical existence of the commodity. 4. Buyer(s) will be provided with relevant documents concerning the CU such as Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Ownership. And certificate of Analysis. 5. As commitment Buyer(s) will pay the local expenses required to enable clearance and relocation of the goods to the port of loading and handling of shipment after the detail itemized cost shall be given to the Buyer(s) or Buyer(s) mandate prior to the shipping of the goods at the loading port. This payment shall be made by cash or by T.T. immediately following inspection and prior to loading the goods on to the vessel. Cash or T.T. receipt shall be given to the seller by Buyer(s) or Buyer’s mandate. 6. Such expenses paid by the Buyer(s) shall be recovered from the amount due as per commercial invoice. 7. Buyer(s) will pay the total cost of the CU through the seller’s bank account by T.T or L/C 14 days after delivery and final analysis at the final destination. 8. Buyer(s) and seller sign the Buy - Sell Contract which will cover all the relevant matters associated with the inspection. 9. The delivery of the commodity will be done as per agreement with buyer.
